Our unity is in danger

IPL----------the more I think about it,the more angry I am ---it is harming our unity---Cricket ,one of the few things which still holds our big and diversified country together is at danger---why the people are not sensing it,I do not know--------it is creating division among us as it encourages the city rivalry-----some people are obviously enjoying a huge profit out of it--but the common biggest platform of our unity, integrity is getting hampered of course--and as the news is coming about the tax scam from this circus, which just only adds fuel to my hatred towards it---so many viewers have lost interest from Cricket itself because of this nonsense is uncountable----so stop this nuisance immediately to prevent any further damage to our motherland---the sports channel have forced to create a tagline to attract the viewers to watch Country playing in a major event---just think about it seriously,please---------------

  1. This is possibly the worst theory i've seen in my entire life, So for the same reason British Govt. needs to ban EPL, Spanish Govt. needs to restrict La Liga, Italian Govt should not encourage Seria A. Not only that, organizations like UNO should band World Cup Football either, cuz it does not have good effect on world unity!

Any kind of sport teaches us about unity, friendship. Remember the before match/after match shake hands and exchenging greetings and stuffs. Maybe we need to change ourselves, neither the game nor it's format :-)

  2. I'm not sure... but England, Spain, Italy are probably too small countries (by geographical diameter or cultural diversity) to be diversified by sports... May be NBA/NFL of US can be a be better example... but it is true that these kind of leagues provoked rivalry... Hooligans of football fields, produces enough sad incidents to prove that...
The question is not about other countries... rather whether So diversified (language/culture/geography/political/religion etc) country like India can afford another deck of rivalry through IPL...
I'm not sure.. but its not black and white either...
